Jim coordinates all field work, tecnical issues and government testimony and interactions. Jim is the point of contact for technical concerns.

Jacki and Jim were the prior owners of JCM Environmental Inc., an environmental consulting firm that was well respected in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Jim served on the National Academy of Sciences, Wetlands Characterization Committee and is one of the authors of "Wetlands: Characteristics and Boundaries". Jim also serves on the Environmental Issues Committee at the National Association of Homebuilders.

Jim is a Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS #000471).

Jim also serves on the Executive Board of the Homebuilders Association of Delaware and the Board of Directors of the National Association of Homebuilders.

Jim works tirelessly as an advocate for landowners, developers and builders in helping to find innovative ways to protect the environment while preserving property values and rights.
